Welcome to Ottermode
What you often see from those preaching fitness and reaching a maximum aesthetic potential is to eat big, get big, and lift big. While these are great principles, Ottermode is a more beginner friendly approach, because the amount of muscle needed for this aesthetic is much lower, and takes less time to build.
This is not to say that the quality of muscle isn’t great though. Because individuals are so lean, their shoulders are striated and lean, their veins are prominent and visible in their biceps, and their back will have the iconic triangle (I say dorito) shape that we all aspire for.
These are all the pieces that make a great physique, and why Ottermode is such a great alternative to other programs.
What makes an “Ottermode” man
Ottermode is maintaining a decent level of muscle while also having a incredibly chiseled and defined physique due to the low level of bodyfat that is maintained. The abs are popping, you’re vascular, and you’re shoulder to hip ratio is stellar. Because it doesn’t involve maintaining a large amount of muscle mass that requires supraphysiological amounts of muscle mass and hormone support (steroids), it is very possible to do for most individuals.
Think about Brad Pitt in fight club. In that movie, Brad, standing at 5’10’ and 145 pounds, was not a mass monster by any stretch of the imagination. He was simply chiseled, lean, and proportioned which is why he looked so good. Being this low in bodyfat also has the advantage that one’s face will be very well defined with stronger features and a razor sharp jawline. Brad is in Ottermode.
It is a physique that many consider to be “jacked” or “shredded”
I am here to tell you that it is definitely one of the more attainable physiques, and I will guide you on how to get there.
